An online Partner registration form has been made available for prospective Partners to submit their registration requests to Insight Innovative Solutions This section outlines Insight Innovative Solutions’s requirement with respect to registration of Partners as potential Partners of products and/or services. Registration process is the first step of becoming a Partner at Insight Innovative Solutions. After registration, a Partner is added to the potential Partner list.
Upon completion of the online registration process, a Partner Registration Form (PRF) is to be filled and submitted to Insight Innovative solutions. You could download the Partner Registration Form here. Potential Partners should provide supporting documents wherever required. Preference would be given to Partners who have submitted PRF's with all the requisite details. PRF would request for the following information

• Partner Code of Conduct
• Organization Profiles, locations, plants, scales of operations, various registered names present or past etc.
• Single point of contact with Insight Innovative Solutions
• Organization information on legal entities
• Organization structure with contact details of key stakeholders and the escalation matrix
• Financial details -- Annual reports for the previous three years, profitability, inventory and financial ratios etc.
• Current customers and their share of business
• Customer testimonials
• Current capacity-utilization levels
• Quality systems and certifications, systems and processes
• Statutory certificates for product/ service quality, technology, and environment
• Data Security - Information Security, Non disclosure etc.

Note:

• You need to courier the hard copies of the PRF and other supporting documents which ever is applicable to Insight Innovative Solutions.
• Please do mention the reference number that you received while registering online.

 Upon receipt of your documents we will initiate partner selection process for your company.
Information provided in the PRF would be evaluated on pre-set parameters by the Partner Approval team. The evaluation result would be communicated to the Partner in the form of approval / rejection of the registration request. If approved, a registration code is provided to the Partner and should be used in all further communications. Registered Partners would be referred as Potential Partners and would

• Be Added to the Insight Innovative Solutions Potential Partner Base
• Be Considered for new business opportunities
• Be able to maintain and update their profile
• Have Access to Insight Innovative Solutions Partner Portal

Registration Life
A Potential Partner Registration has a validity period depending on compliance with mandatory requirements of updating the profile at least once a year. If the profile is not updated as per the requirement, the registration will be rendered inactive.  
In cases where the registration is inactive, the potential Partner needs to undergo the complete registration and evaluation process again to be considered for business opportunities with Insight Innovative Solutions.
Insight Innovative Solutions’s requirement with respect to evaluating and selecting partners that would be used to supply product and services. Before approving a partner, or ordering products or services, the partner would be evaluated on their ability to meet contract and quality system requirements.
