The registration starts with submission of Partner registration Form (PRF). This form contains the information on the following areas:

• Single point of contact with Insight Innovative Solutions
• Organization information on "legal entities"
• Organization structure with contact details of key stakeholders and the escalation matrix
• Annual reports for the previous three years -- profitability, inventory and financial ratios
• Current customers and their share of business (SOB)
• Customer testimonials
• Current capacity-utilization levels
• Statutory certificates for product/ service quality, technology, and environment

This form is available with the SCM team. The potential Partner needs to fill the PRF and submit it. These forms will later become part of our portal from where Partner can download the same.

Partners need to provide all the information mentioned in the PRF form and attach supporting documents wherever required. Information provided in the form will not become the basis for registration approval but also for all future references such as maintaining the profile, short-listing for final Partner selection etc.

Insight Innovative Solutions gives preference to those Partners who have provided complete and accurate information in PRF.
